Job Summary

POSITION

Technical Documentation Specialist . Or IT Knowledge Management Specialist (SharePoint)

Start date & Location

Fort Lauderdale FL 33316 3x/onsite T-Th (4 days starting in June with some flex)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Qualifications

Experience organizing and managing technical documentation (infrastructure network or IT operations)
Strong hands-on SharePoint experience including site/library organization and document management best practices
Ability to quickly understand and categorize unfamiliar technical content
Highly self-motivated with minimal need for oversight; able to define and execute a plan independently
Strong collaboration skills including working with offshore teams

Preferred Qualifications

Background supporting network or infrastructure teams
Experience migrating documentation from Confluence and/or Jira to SharePoint
Familiarity with IT documentation standards runbooks and operational playbooks
