Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (Contract)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to support ongoing client implementations and enhancements across Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Journeys Security and integrations.
This is a hands-on contract role for someone who can independently design configure troubleshoot and deliver technical Oracle HCM solutions in fast-paced client environments. The ideal candidate is highly technical detail-oriented responsive and comfortable owning deliverables directly with customers.
This opportunity is ideal for consultants who enjoy solving complex configuration challenges building scalable solutions and working alongside a highly experienced Oracle HCM consulting team.
Required Skills & Experience
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Fast Formulas
- Offer Letter XML configuration and troubleshooting
- Two-way messaging setup/configuration
- VBS (Visual Builder Studio) experience preferred
- Candidate lifecycle and recruiting process configuration
Journeys
- Journey configuration and deployment
- Fast Formula development for Journeys logic and personalization
Oracle HCM Technical / Security
- Oracle HCM Security configuration experience
- Role design and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Pending Worker setup and processing
- Oracle SSO / identity integration experience
Data Loading & Technical Tools
- HDL (HCM Data Loader) experience
- Loading Lists and bulk data processing
- Ability to troubleshoot HDL errors independently
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical consulting experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Consulting mindset with strong accountability and follow-through
- Ability to balance multiple client priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience working in consulting environments
- Experience with Oracle Journeys at scale
- Additional Oracle HCM module experience
- Integration experience (OIC REST SOAP HDL HSDL)
- Experience supporting enterprise clients
