Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Tech you will play a vital role in the maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential settings. You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing extraordinary customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems including air conditioners furnaces heat pumps and ductwork.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Communicating with clients to explain system issues and repair solutions in a clear professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Following safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in training as required.
• Servicing a variety of systems including ACs Furnaces Mini-splits Boilers etc.

• Current drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Clear background check.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification
• Outgoing professional clean-cut and drug-free.
• Quick sound decision-making abilities.
• Highly motivated flexible with a great attitude towards life.
• Ability to demonstrate the proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
• Must be able to work in small attics and tight spaces.
• Effective communication skills both individually and in a team environment.

Pay:

• $25.00-$40.00/per hour depending on years of experience
