Production Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Production Engineer to join our team in the Auto/Auto Ancillary industry. • Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Implement and refine production strategies to meet manufacturing goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design quality control and maintenance to resolve production issues.
• Monitor production output and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
• Train and guide production staff on best practices and new manufacturing techniques.
• Perform quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain high product standards.
• Manage the utilization of CNC machinery and other production equipment.

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (.) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in a Production Engineer role.
• Proven experience in the Automobile or Auto Ancillary industry.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery.
• Expertise in automobile manufacturing processes and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
