GTM Engineer

Canus Tech is a technology consulting and staffing company supporting clients across ERP enterprise applications AI cloud quality engineering compliance automation and digital transformation initiatives across the US and Canada.

Role Overview

Canus Tech is looking for a GTM Engineer to design build and optimize AI-driven automation systems operational workflows and internal tools supporting consulting sales recruitment operations revenue operations sourcing delivery coordination and business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with workflow automation APIs AI tools integrations operational systems and lightweight internal application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize automation workflows for consulting sales lead generation recruiting sourcing outreach and operational processes.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for research enrichment matching scoring reporting and productivity improvement.
• Integrate CRM ATS communication platforms spreadsheets databases and third-party applications.
• Create internal dashboards KPI tracking systems operational reporting tools and management views.
• Automate recruiting workflows including candidate sourcing profile analysis coordination tracking and follow-ups.
• Support automation initiatives across sales operations recruiting operations delivery coordination and business processes.
• Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and intelligent automation.
• Research and implement modern AI automation and workflow technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with workflow automation tools such as Make n8n Zapier Clay Retool Airtable Supabase Glide or Appsmith.
• Experience with APIs webhooks integrations and automation pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI Claude Gemini and LangChain.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.
• Ability to build lightweight internal tools dashboards and operational applications.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation operational systems and business process optimization.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting consulting operations recruiting operations sales operations GTM operations or staffing organizations.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms such as CEIPAL RecruiterFlow Bullhorn Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho.
• Exposure to AI agents semantic search vector databases or intelligent workflow systems is a plus.
• Experience building internal productivity or operational platforms is highly desirable.
