We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java Python React and AWS cloud technologies to help build next-generation AI and agent-driven user platforms.

This role combines full stack engineering with strong UX sensibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with client teams to design and develop intuitive user interfaces that interact with multiple AI agents and backend orchestration services. The focus is on creating clean scalable and user-friendly interfaces that simplify how business users run monitor and manage intelligent agent workflows.

The ideal consultant is technically strong across frontend and backend technologies comfortable working in cloud-native environments and has a keen eye for usability and interface design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain modern full stack applications using Java Python and React
• Build responsive intuitive and high-performing user interfaces for AI/agent-driven platforms
• Collaborate with client stakeholders product teams architects and engineering teams to understand workflow and UX requirements
• Develop frontend components and backend APIs that integrate with multiple intelligent agents and orchestration layers
• Create dashboards control panels workflow interfaces and operational monitoring tools for agent management
• Work within AWS-based cloud environments and support cloud-native application deployment patterns
• Participate in technical discussions architecture reviews and solution design workshops
• Ensure applications are scalable secure maintainable and performant
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements wireframes and interaction design discussions
• Support CI/CD pipelines testing deployment and production releases
• Work in an agile delivery environment with distributed teams

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Java
  • Python
• Experience building full stack enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience working in AWS environments
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development patterns
• Experience with frontend state management and component-driven architecture
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL or NoSQL technologies
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker

Frontend / UX Skills

• Strong appreciation for UI/UX principles and modern interface design
• Experience designing clean intuitive and user-friendly web applications
• Ability to work with design systems wireframes and interactive workflows
• Understanding of responsive design and usability best practices
• Experience building operational dashboards or workflow-driven interfaces is highly desirable

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI platforms agentic systems orchestration frameworks or conversational interfaces
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda ECS EKS API Gateway S3 CloudWatch or Step Functions
• Exposure to event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tooling
• Experience with authentication and enterprise security standards

Working Model

• Consultant must be based in Bangalore
• Hybrid model with minimum 2 days per week from the client office
• Remaining days can be remote based on project requirements

Preferred Experience

• 7 years of full stack development experience
• Experience working on enterprise digital transformation or platform engineering initiatives
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred
