We are looking for JuniorBack-end Software Engineer(Java)

As aJunior Software Engineerat WirelessCar you will be a proactive member of a collaborative engineering team where ownership quality and continuous improvement are key. You will work independently on well-defined back-end solutions taking responsibility for your tasks from start to finish while knowing when to ask for input or feedback.

Hereswhatyoullfocus on:

• Develop test and maintain back-end software components in accordance with requirements and engineering standards.

• Implement well-defined features and bug fixes.

• Write unit tests and follow established quality security and coding practices.

• Participate actively in code reviews sprint planning and team ceremonies.

• Communicate progress risks and blockers clearly and early.

• Take responsibility for assigned tasks from start to completion.

• Continuously build your understanding of the system architecture and development practices.

You bring a solid foundation in back-end development a problem-solving mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow. You are comfortable working in a team-oriented environmenttakingresponsibility for your work and are not afraid to take your own initiatives ask questions or try new approaches. You value clean code quality and collaboration and you are motivated by the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to real-world solutions.

Additionally:

• At least abachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

• 2 years of hands-on experience in back-end development using Java 11.

• Practical experience with unit testing using JUnit and basic TDD principles.

• Experience using Git in a collaborative team-based development environment.

• Experience working in Agile teams (e.g. Scrum or similar frameworks).

• Hands-on experience with a cloud platform (AWS).

• English Fluent Spoken and written.

Beneficial:

• Certifications in back-end frameworks or cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure).

• Experience working in a DevOps environment.

• Experience with microservices-based architectures.

• Knowledge of any other programming language is considered an advantage.

• Experience working in global organizations with diverse teams and cultures.

• Experience using CI/CD pipelines for building testing and deploying applications.
