HR Manager

Canus Tech is a growing IT consulting and staffing company supporting clients across the US and Canada through delivery teams in India. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment HR operations and team management across India the US and Canadian operations.

• Lead end-to-end hiring for India US and Canada-based roles including IT consultants recruiters bench sales HR and operations teams.
• Build manage and mentor teams of technical recruiters and bench sales recruiters.
• Support onboarding employee engagement HR documentation attendance and employee lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with accounting payroll and operations teams to support smooth business operations.
• Manage ATS/CRM systems recruitment trackers reports and HR processes.
• Support compliance documentation operational coordination and process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams across India and North America.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Administration Management or related field.
• 5 years of HR recruitment or staffing experience in IT consulting/staffing companies.
• Experience hiring for US and/or Canadian markets preferred.
• Strong experience managing technical recruiters and recruitment operations.
• Good understanding of HR operations employee management and staffing processes.
• Strong communication leadership organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools HRMS systems Excel and Google Workspace.

• Experience supporting bench sales teams or IT staffing operations.
• Exposure to payroll coordination and operational support activities.
• Experience working with global or remote teams.
