Join our dynamic team as a Certified Citrix Expert (CCE) to provide specialized technical support and engineering for Citrix solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Citrix products including Virtual Apps and Desktops Gateway and ADC.
  • Diagnose and resolve high-level issues in Citrix environments.
  • Implement and configure Citrix solutions to optimize performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Citrix technologies with other vendor systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix deployments and configurations.
  • Stay abreast of Citrix updates and new features ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on Citrix best practices.
  • Monitor system health and preemptively address potential issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years experience with Citrix technologies.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
  • Expert knowledge in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in virtualization and networking.
