Job Overview

The Trade Compliance Analyst APAC supports regional trade compliance activities to ensure adherence to import/export regulations customs requirements and internal trade policies across AsiaPacific markets. This role contributes to compliant and efficient crossborder operations supports supply chain continuity and helps mitigate regulatory risk in a highly regulated environment. The position offers handson exposure to regional trade compliance operations and crossfunctional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support APAC trade compliance activities in alignment with global trade policies and regional regulatory requirements.

• Review prepare andmaintainaccuratetrade and customs documentation to support import and export transactions.

• Monitor compliance with customs regulations trade controls and internal procedures across APAC markets.

• Partner withlogisticsproviders customs brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve traderelated issues.

• Assistwith classification valuation country of origin and other trade data requirements.

• Support internal audits compliance reviews and regulatory inquiries related to trade activities.

• Maintainaccuraterecords and data within trade compliance and ERP systems.

• Analyze trade data andidentifytrends risks or opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain International Trade Business Finance ora relatedfield (required).

• Professional coursework or certification in trade compliance or customs (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Typically35 years of experience in trade compliance import/export operations customs or a related role.

• Working knowledge of APAC import/export regulations and customs requirements.

• Experience reviewing trade documentation and supporting compliant crossborder transactions.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment.

• Proficiencywith ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in medical devices pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries.

• Familiarity with Singapore and broader APAC trade regulations.

• Experience supporting audits or compliance investigations.

• Exposure to global trade management orcustomssoftware.

• Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.

Other:

• Language: Englishproficiencyrequired;additionalAPAC languages preferred.

• Travel: Minimal; occasional regional travel may berequired.

• Certifications: Trade compliance customs orlogisticscertificationspreferred.
