About the Role

xAmplify is building a newWorkday practice and were looking for aLead Workday HCM Consultantto help lay the foundations. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning delivering endtoend Workday HCM implementations while shaping what the practice becomes

over time.

Initially this role is100% handson focused on configuration workshops client delivery and successful implementations. As the practice grows the role will naturally evolve intodelivery leadership supporting other consultants guiding quality and shaping methodology and

standards.

What Youll Do (Phase 1 HandsOn)

• Lead and deliver fulllifecycleWorkday HCM implementations
• Run discovery design configuration testing and deployment activities
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders
• Own HCM workstreams across modules such as Core HCM Recruiting Compensation Absence Talent
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions

What Youll Grow Into (Phase 2 Practice Leadership)

• Support and mentor Workday consultants as the practice expands
• Help define delivery standards accelerators and best practices
• Provide technical leadership across multiple engagements
• Collaborate with leadership on capability growth and service offerings

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of handson Workday HCM implementation experience
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations
• Strong functional configuration expertise across HCM modules
• Consulting or partnerside experience highly valued
• Workday HCM implementer certifications required

Eligibility

xAmplify partners with a diverse client base including Federal Government Defense Enterprise State Government and Private Sector. As a result our eligibility criteria may vary depending on the projects you may undertake.

Our Federal Government and Defence Security Projectswill require:

• Australian Citizenship
• An active Baseline (or higher) security clearance or the ability to obtain one

Our Enterprise State Government and Private Sector Projectswill require:

• Full Australian working rights which can include an appropriate visa

Were flexible! If youre in Canberra Sydney Melbourne or Brisbane youll have the opportunity to connect with us in person in our offices but we also welcome candidates from locations across the Australian East Coast. Our team operates on a hybrid work model so you will have the ability to work from our office client sites (as required with your allocated projects) or from home.
