NetSuite Functional/ Implementation Consultant
Location: Preference to candidates based in Sydney
Role Type: Hybrid work model / Permanent Opportunity. Must be able to commit to a Wednesday in office for our Wild Wednesdays and another day agreed upon with Management.

About the Role:
As a NetSuite Implementation Consultant your responsibilities will include supporting implementations support services testing customised solutions reports training and data migration. You will closely work with the Lead Consultant to aid client implementations as well as the Support Manager in providing first class support to our client base.
Job Tasks:
Supporting customers and Lead Consultant by completing various configuration tasks
Data migration tasks both master and transactional data
Configuration of PDF forms
Ability to set up custom fields/records
Ability to configure NetSuite std reports and saved searches
Testing of customised solutions
Providing support to clients in line with Wild Tech SLA (service level agreement)
Provide functional training and go live support for customers
Work all issues to resolution
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years NetSuite ERP implementation experience; desirable is experience in retail manufacturing WD sectors.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of core NetSuite Finance and WD modules (or similar in other ERP software)
Resourceful confident under pressure and skill in delivering solutions while effectively managing client expectations
Ability to solve complex customer problems utilising NetSuite
Display passion for clients demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
Ability to work in a fluid fast-paced environment
Occasional travel will be required.
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed during project key milestones
