What You WillGetToDo:

This role will be based out of our Hong Kong office and will be responsible for the processing of day to day activities on the Transfer Agency service desk including account opening investor AML/KYC deal processing and client servicing for our offshore transfer agency clients with Asian based distribution requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handling of day to day and complex queries ensuring resolution in a timely and accurate manner with escalation to management if necessary.

  • Performing day to day service desk activities including but not limited to:

    • Account opening and maintenance of register

    • AML/KYC

    • Deal processing

    • Trailer fee & sales commission support

    • Investor/client query support

    • Reporting

  • Adhere to procedures policies and processes so that a high quality service is delivered to the customer.

  • Propose procedural changes to improve performance and efficiency of the department.

  • Assist in client specific and regional project implementations.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and Systems.

Skills and Competencies:

  • A good understanding of the client service model business strategy structure and product offering.

  • Strong level of communication with all levels of staff including local and global management.

  • Strong risk control and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong administrative and business support skills.

  • Able to work accurately within tight deadlines.

What You WillGetToDo:

  • 2 years of experience in a related role within a similar environment.

  • Good Transfer Agency operations and technology knowledge including the Financial Services regulatory environment.
