Job Summary

Introduction

An exciting opportunity has recently opened up for a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to support end-to-end transaction execution within a dynamic deal-making environment.

Requirements include (but are not limited to):

BCom Honours in Finance Economics Investment Accounting or related field
At least 6 months to 1 years of experience in a similar analyst position
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling with the ability to leverage AI tools and strong analytical communication and organisational skills
Conduct industry research financial analysis due diligence and prepare transaction documentation including pitch books and investment memoranda
Develop financial models perform scenario analysis and maintain company databases and investor registers
Collaborate with internal teams and clients supporting deal execution business development and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment
