DEPARTMENT SUMMARY:

The Integrated Health Director is responsible for department oversight including program management and coordination adherence to state regulations and accreditation standards budget development and management as well as strategic planning.

The Integrated Health Director provides supervision and clinical coaching to all department team Leads/Associate Directors. This role is responsible for coordination of integrated care with the department leads for the medical services provided within the Ruth Ellis Health and Wellness Centers.

The Integrated Health Director is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders funders community resources other REC departments and REC leadership.



WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • A Masters degree from an accredited college or university and passed associated licensure exam with a major in Psychology (LP) OR a Masters degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work and have an LMSW from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services; OR a Masters degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling and have a license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services.
  • Current Approved Clinical Supervisor ACS (or equivalent) certification OR Detailed workplan for obtaining ACS (or equivalent) certification to supervise limited licensed clinical staff.
  • Minimum ten (10) years experience providing care to youth struggling with developmental difficulties and/or a mental health condition youth needing case management services youth experiencing homelessness and/or those struggling with or are surrounded by adults who are struggling with the youths LGBTQ identity.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience with coaching staff and supporting a team.
  • Minimum ten (10) years experience with general mental health diagnosis.
  • Experience with program development and evaluation experience including budget oversight.
  • Experience with progressive growth of responsibilities and a proven track record of results.
  • Can demonstrate knowledge of adolescent development and positive LGBTQ development.
  • Can demonstrate an ability to work with Microsoft Office 365 suite software and use its various software applications to support communication data analysis and form creation.
  • Can demonstrate proficiency with database management.
  • Can demonstrate proficiency with strategic planning within a program or department as well as participation in an agencys strategic planning process.
  • Experience working within an Electronic Health Record.
