Duties & Responsibilities
Our client produces RF technologies and systems that connects Wifi 5G LTE and broader wireless connectivity for local and predominantly markets specifically in the North America Asia Mid East New Zealand &most countries in EU. Their team is ready to welcome a new Leader with BEng/BTech Electronics degree and extensive experience managing RD teams within electronics manufacturing spaces. For you to take over this here you will require about 10-15 years of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams tasked to designand manufactureelectronics products from concept as well as lots of redesigning/enhancements for existing range of products. The role is a full line management function meaning it entails hiring mentoring productivity management HR/IR as well as overseeing costs controls within the Engineering department.
