Job Summary
Denver Cold Storage is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen the HR function across the Denver Cold Family of this operationally focused leadership role the Human Resources Manager will guide core HR operations including recruiting onboarding employee relations benefits administration and compliance while working closely with safety engagement and departmental leaders to support alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to cultivate trust navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy and help leaders create clear expectations and effective people practices. This Human Resources Manager role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by strengthening leadership alignment through trusted partnership improving hiring outcomes through structured and collaborative recruiting practices and promoting organizational clarity and trust through thoughtful confidential and compassionate communication.
Human Resources Manager position qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of human resource experience with proven leadership responsibility; required
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field or equivalent experience; preferred; SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR certification; preferred
- Experience in logistics warehousing transportation or related operational environments; preferred
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; essential
- Demonstrated community involvement; strongly preferred
