Parts Counter Associate
Williamsburg Ford is hiring an experienced Parts Counter Associate to support our busy service and retail operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior dealership parts experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both technicians and customers.

Compensation & Schedule
- $50000$80000 annually commission
- Full-time position
- MondayFriday with some Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with accurate parts lookup and ordering
- Source parts from vendors (AutoZone OReilly Fred Jones etc.)
- Support retail counter sales and customer inquiries
- Receive stock and organize inventory
- Maintain a clean organized parts department
Qualifications
- 45 years of dealership parts experience required
- Automotive dealership background preferred
- Detail-oriented dependable and organized
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license required.
