In thiscasualroleyoullbe delivering meaningful person-centred care to peoplewith chronic illness mental health issues disability or other conditions helping themmaintaintheir independence stay connected and live fulfilling lives at home and in their community.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Community Support Worker youll provide:

• Respite care
• Domestic assistance
• Personal care
• Social support services
• Meal preparation services

Your work will empower individuals to continue their daily routines and feel supported in their own homes.

Who Were Looking For

Wed love to hear from you if you:

• Have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support Aged Care Disability Home & Community Care Assistant in Nursing or Nursing
• Bring hands-on experience in supporting people and their carers
• Understand the importance of dignity empathy and partnership in care
• Want to be part of a team that genuinely cares and supports each other
