We are seeking a versatile HR administrator/Advisor to drive our recruitment onboarding and performance management processes. Supporting a diverse team of staff and tradespeople you will be responsible for contract management visa compliance and providing expert advice to management.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a dedicated HR Advisor role.
- Strong background in blue-collar recruitment and EBA interpretation.
- Advanced MS Office skills and high attention to detail.
- A helpful initiative-driven approach to HR service delivery.
- Working from Home/remotely option/independent consultant
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in Employment Hero and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Sound working knowledge of applicable Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act 2009 including award interpretation and compliance obligations.
