The RoleIn this role you will be responsible for providing technical support managing IT infrastructure and assisting with implementing and maintaining IT systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring system security supporting SharePoint and document management solutions and assisting the IT Manager in risk compliance and data-related initiatives.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree or diploma in IT Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years experience in Systems administration troubleshooting and support.
- Hands-on expertise with SharePoint document management and IT security.
- Knowledge of risk compliance frameworks including ISO 27001.
- Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do
- Provide technical support for hardware software and network-related issues.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of SharePoint and document management systems.
- Support data management including storage backup and security measures.
- Monitor IT systems for performance security and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in implementing IT risk and compliance measures including cybersecurity best practices and ISO 27001 compliance.
- Participate in IT projects system upgrades and deployments.
- Maintain IT documentation asset inventory and system procedures.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and assist with IT audits.
- Provide user training and support on IT systems.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective IT service delivery.
