Business Analyst Finance

In this role you will go beyond traditional financial control. You willbeone of our quartermasters guiding the Finance communityinto new ways of working using will be supporting the strategy tomake this transitioninFinance.

What will you do

• Supportthe Business Controllers and Manager FP&A with value added reportsanalyticsand interpretations todeterminedata driven business decisions.
• Analyze financial results and translate data into clear actionable business insights.
• Supportbudgeting forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Monitor internal and external trends and benchmarksas input for bothshort- and long-termdecision making.
• Support initiatives that drive profitability and operational efficiencyin both Business End-to-End processesand surely within Finance processeswith particular focus on reporting and analytics.

Our ideal candidate combinesa theoreticalfinancialbackgroundwithstrong affinity withAI:

• Bachelors or mastersdegree in finance Accounting Economics or a related background in AI with basic understanding butclear interests in finance could also be a fitting profile.
• Priorexperience within Finance and/or AI are definiteprosfor this position.
  Strong foundationto understand complexprocesses and data models; abstract thinking capabilities.
• Affinity withorexperience in SaaS and services-based business modelsis a plus.
  Teamplayermentality and not afraid tobe in front of the crowd.
• Proactive communicative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English;additionallanguages are an advantage.
