Your Role as Senior QA Analyst

As a QA analyst youll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of TEAMS. Youll work closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the product delivery process applying both manual and automated testing techniques to validate functionality performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional and non-functional tests across software and hardware components.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Execute integration tests between TEAMS software and related interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and uphold quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and regression testing.
• Gate keeping the delivery quality standards and release documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security protocols.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in testing or QA roles.
• Strong grasp of testing types: regression black-box white-box UAT.
• Hands on approach in release quality testing and reporting.
• Structured and detailed working attitude as gatekeeper of the deliveries.
• Pro-active team player to meet delivery deadlines.  
• Proficiency in Java Python and JavaScript for test automation.
• Familiarity with API testing and microservices.
• Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or related field.
• In addition it is plus to if you bring:
  • Experience with tools like Selenium WebdriverIO Appium Postman or RestAssured.
  • Understand on how CI/CD-processes work with tools like GitLab Jenkins or Docker.
  • Experience with TDD/BDD frameworks.
  • Knowledge of security testing (OWASP penetration testing).
  • Exposure to RPA tools.
