Pay : HK$24191 to HK$28623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Department Management Team and oversee daily office operations.
comprehensive secretarial support for FM&PHC meetings and committees including venue logistics document preparation and drafting management reports or data analyses.
3. Support the rollout and promotion of Smart Clinic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
4. Monitor website of the department.
executive roles in liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
administrative clerical support on clinical management including CMS application appointments booking with patients.
7. Assist in data collection entry retrievals analysis and preparation of various reports and presentation materials.
8. Assist in supervision of junior clerical staff in daily operations if necessary.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements
1. University Graduate with work experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with:
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language or equivalent;
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language ; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects or equivalent;
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferred Attributes
1. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
2. High proficiency in computer knowledge and applications (e.g. MS Word Excel PowerPoint Access) and word processing in both Chinese & English and other MS Office applications.
