Job Summary
STUDENT DIRECTOR ANDERSON FAITH PROMISE CHURCH
Time Requirements: Part-Time
Reports to: Campus Pastor - Anderson
JOB SUMMARY
Faith Promise is looking for a part-time Student Director who is passionate about joining a team that is going to Win the World. This role will report to the Campus Pastor Anderson and will be responsible for leading and growing the Student Ministry. It will require an individual to possess and develop exceptional leadership team building teaching and management skills.

JOB DETAILS
- Own the implementation of the vision values and goals for the ministry of Faith Promise Church and fpStudents at the Anderson campus
- Recruit equip train and develop Student Ministry volunteers building a Leader Care Structure to support and build the Student Ministry
- Oversee campus student events (i.e. weekly student service) and be part of the leadership during all-campus student events (i.e. Fusion summer camp retreats)
- Teach or oversee the teaching during campus student services
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Anderson Campus Pastor
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
This position is a part-time non-exempt role with an expected schedule of 20 hours per week. Employees accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education and experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience leading a group or team
- Team player
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Must be willing to become a Core Member of Faith Promise Church within one year of hire
- Must be willing to complete WIN Leadership College within one year of hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in managing volunteers
- Experience with non-profit organizations
- Experience in working with a growing or decentralized organization
