What Youll Do
- Drive Success: Take full ownership of store operations focusing on maximum profitability and high standards.
- Lead Your Team: Spearhead recruiting interviewing and training. You will mentor your staff conduct regular meetings and foster a positive motivated culture.
- Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling in compliance with labor laws audit paperwork and ensure strict adherence to cash handling policies.
- Hands-on Leadership: Assist with prepping baking and serving our famous golden-brown pretzels while maintaining clean efficient equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Manager to set sales/labor goals and maintain strong relationships with Mall Management.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Proven management background in retail restaurant or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Requirements: A valid drivers license is required.
