Program Manager (I)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to support our clients New Build Expansion team. This role will focus on managing execution tracking project coordination and operational workflows for fiber deployment projects within new residential communities and greenfield developments.

• Manage and track 100 active projects across multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project dashboards trackers status updates and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate execution activities related to fiber construction and greenfield expansion projects.
• Support cost estimation processes address validation unit tracking and project documentation accuracy.
• Utilize Site Tracker and internal systems to manage project workflows and reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams developers utility providers construction teams and engineering partners.
• Review and interpret design prints/maps related to fiber deployment projects.
• Ensure project milestones timelines and deliverables are accurately tracked and updated.
• Maintain organized documentation within Google Workspace tools including Google Sheets Docs Slides and Drive.
• Assist with ongoing construction coordination through project handoff and closeout phases.

• Experience in Program Coordination Project Management Operations Construction Coordination or Telecom Infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and other Google Workspace applications.
• Strong computer and system navigation skills with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
• Basic understanding of telecom fiber construction utility coordination or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans maps or construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Experience with fiber deployment telecom construction or greenfield expansion projects.
• Familiarity with Site Tracker or similar project tracking/workflow management tools.
• Exposure to GIS or mapping platforms such as 3GIS ArcGIS or related systems.
• Previous experience working with telecom providers utility companies or infrastructure organizations.
• Experience supporting construction execution or engineering coordination projects.
