Job Description:
As a Project Manager you will lead the planning execution and oversight of projects from initiation through completion ensuring delivery within scope budget and timeline. You will manage risks coordinate cross functional teams maintain project documentation and provide clear communication to stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and high quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines and milestone deliverables.
• Oversee business requirements gathering analysis and documentation.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues through structured tracking.
• Coordinate and lead cross functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Manage daily project operations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee testing efforts to ensure full scope validation.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain project documentation.
• Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate governance activities including steering committee meetings.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Strong experience with project planning execution and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage risks issues and deliverables in a structured manner.
• Experience leading cross functional teams and coordinating resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear actionable insights.
• Experience maintaining project documentation and governance artifacts.
• Strong organizational analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience developing and maintaining CMS Advance Planning Documents.
• Familiarity with Medicaid Enterprise Systems and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical milestones into clear documentation for approval processes.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
