Our Impact:

Our team is responsible for supporting the Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide. These duties include HTML coding CMS maintenance and testing new development work with government mandated and time-specific evaluate and implement innovative new processes and technology to modernize the information and experience on the Guide.

Your Impact:

In this role you will be an integral part of the Guide team and will be expected to:

• Work closely with digital strategy to understand the current and intended future state of the Guide

• Learn the ins and outs of our CMS and how we manage content

• Execute HTML/CSS coding assignments

• Collaborate with the team to test new development releases

• Provide ideas and innovative ways to transform and improve processes and user experience on the Guide

• Support the data and analytics practices for the product

Qualifications:

• College Degree or equivalent experience

• 2-4 years of related experience

• Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts

• Solid verbal and written skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work with staff at all levels and across divisions

• Experience with Oracle CMS preferred
