Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Communicate with owners engineers and contractors to request and provide information concerning plats plans and other drawings

Preparing sketches maps reports and legal descriptions

Research legal and survey records to obtain information about properties

Research applicable codes and standards

Time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve results within cost and schedule constraints

Meeting deadlines of both City & County Planning Commissions

Interface with clients utility companies construction administrators contractors and vendors

Supervising and directing work of survey crews

Perform other related duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD required and Civil 3D or Carlson a plus.

Field survey experience especially with Robotic Surveying Equipment and GPS

Demonstrated ability to apply the principles of effective project management

Ability to represent the company effectively in client relations

Ability to communicate and present information to clients and the general public
