- Lead summer camp activities including games crafts STEM projects and outdoor play
- Plan and execute themed weekly activities that keep children excited and involved
- Supervise and actively engage with children during indoor and outdoor play
- Build strong relationships with children families and team members
- Communicate with parents about their childs daily activities and experiences
- Ensure all licensing and safety standards are consistently met
- Have a passion for working with children ages 510
- Bring energy creativity and leadership into every day
- Enjoy being active outdoors and hands-on
- Work well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Experience working with school-age children preferred (camp childcare or education setting)
- High school diploma or GED required
- CDA ECE coursework or related degree preferred but not required
- Must meet all state and local childcare licensing requirements
- Ability to supervise groups of children in both indoor and outdoor settings
