Robotic Welding Repair Technician

With our ongoing growth we are looking to have Robotic Welding Repair Technicians join our team. Immediate openings on all shifts.
Robotic Welding Repair TechnicianJob Description:
- Troubleshooting and repair of automated and robotic production welding and assembly machines.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines equipment and plant facilities.
- Maintain and modify weld schedules for both resistance spot welding and MIG welding.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints as well as wiring schematics.
- Troubleshoot electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
- Must be able to adjust weld fixture gauging.
- Building maintenance as required.
- Machining welding and fabricate as required.
Robotic Welding Repair Technician Requirements:
- Must have a thorough working knowledge of machine maintenance practices and techniques for a Robotic Welding Repair Technician.
- Must be highly motivated and dependable
- Communicate efficiently and effectively within all facets of the company.
- Experience with Fanuc robots Fanuc Servogun software or Fanuc MIG robots a plus.

Robotic Welding Repair Technician Wages:
- Wages commensurate with experience
- Shift Premium for Afternoon and Midnight shifts
- Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
- Overtime may be required
