You should not have to leave the Hi-Line to build a strong career in technology. First Call is looking for a dependable curious people-focused person in or near Harlem Montana to help local organizations keep their computers networks users and systems working.

This role may be a fit for an experienced IT technician-or for someone with strong customer service skills mechanical aptitude and a real interest in technology who wants to be trained.

WhatYoullDo:

Youll helpclientorganizations solve everyday technology problems. That may include setting up computers helping users troubleshooting helping administer Google Workspace working with printers and networksdoing projects and coordinating with the broader First Call technical team.

Who This Is For:

This may be a strong fit if you are reliable calm under pressure good with people and naturally curious about how things work. You do not need to know everything. You do need to enjoywork and people use software andprocesses and be willing to learn.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have Experience With:

Computers gaming PCs phones Wi-Fi printers Microsoft Office customer service office administration troubleshooting equipment cars agequipment or helping friends and family solve tech problems.

Schedule:

Full-timeand onsiteat client location. We may consider a training path for the right candidate.

Compensation:

$60-70k/year dependingon experience. Training-path candidates and experienced technicians will be considered separately.
