We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support for our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all employees and departments within the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues
- Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Train and support employees on the use of technology and software
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technology and systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems hardware and software
- Experience with network administration and security
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g. CompTIA A Network Microsoft etc.) are a plus
