As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for managing the companys technology systems and ensuring their smooth operation. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve any technical issues as well as implement new solutions to improve our efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all aspects of the companys technology systems including hardware software and network infrastructure

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations

- Monitor system performance and security identifying and addressing any vulnerabilities or risks

- Develop and implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

- Provide technical support and training to staff members as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements and updates

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers ensuring timely and quality delivery of services

- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and equipment including inventory and maintenance schedules

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to support their business needs

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Familiarity with security protocols and data protection measures

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
