Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing IT systems and processes to support the companys operations. You will work closely with various departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current IT systems and processes

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions

- Design and implement new IT systems and processes

- Collaborate with different departments to understand their technology needs

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network issues

- Monitor and maintain the companys IT infrastructure including servers networks and security systems

- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures

- Train employees on new systems and processes

- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for adoption

- Manage IT projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and within budget

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst or similar role

- Strong knowledge of IT systems networks and infrastructure

- Proficient in programming languages such as Java C and SQL

- Experience with project management and implementation

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Time management and multitasking abilities

- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
