To accelerate Equitas national growth by building elite distribution developing strong leaders and implementing scalable sales strategies all while reinforcing a culture rooted in servant leadership and doing what is right for agents and clients.Job Description
Key Areas of Leadership
1. National Distribution Expansion
- Attracting high-caliber agency owners producers and strategic partners
- Strengthening relationships across the industry
- Elevating Equitas position as a destination for top talent
- Driving both recruiting quality and production per agent
2. Builder & Leadership Development
- Identifying and mentoring emerging agency builders
- Supporting existing leaders in scaling their organizations
- Creating structure and accountability around leadership growth
- Strengthening long-term organizational depth
3. Holistic Sales Strategy
- Promoting a multi-line approach (Life Medicare Health Annuities)
- Encouraging cross-selling and full client solutions
- Aligning sales strategy with long-term client value
- Helping agents move from transactional sales to advisory relationships
4. Sales Infrastructure & Performance
- Help refine the structure of Equitas sales organization
- Implement KPI-driven accountability
- Improve speed-to-production for new agents
- Support systems that create predictability in growth
5. Strategic Leadership Partnership
- Providing insight on industry trends and market opportunities
- Assisting in evaluating growth initiatives and partnerships
- Collaborating on long-term strategy and execution
- Contributing to major organizational decisions
6. Recruiting & Market Influence
- Help attract high-level talent into the organization
- Support leaders in improving recruiting effectiveness
- Elevate how Equita communicates its value proposition
- Position the company competitively in the marketplace
7. Culture & Standards
