The Role
As an Onsite Recruitment Consultant youll be embedded at our clients fast-paced blue-collar operation acting as the key link between workforce operations and client success. This is a hands-on onsite role focused on workforce coordination stakeholder management and high-volume recruitment delivery.
Youll thrive in an environment where no two days are the same balancing recruitment shift coverage workforce planning and contractor engagement to keep operations running smoothly.
In this role you will:
- Lead onsite recruitment activities by sourcing screening onboarding and mobilising blue-collar talent in a high-volume environment
- Manage daily workforce operations by coordinating rosters shift allocations attendance and last-minute coverage requirements
- Be the onsite point of contact for both the client and workforce building strong relationships and delivering a high level of service
- Support contractor engagement and retention through regular check-ins issue resolution and workforce support
- Maintain compliance and safety standards including onboarding documentation site inductions VMS management and health & safety requirements
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying improvements solving problems proactively and supporting workforce planning initiatives
About You
Youre someone who enjoys being onsite building relationships and keeping operations moving. Youre organised adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced blue-collar environment where priorities can shift quickly.
You will bring:
- 1-2 years experience in agency recruitment onsite workforce coordination labour hire or internal talent acquisition within high-volume environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust quickly with both clients and candidates
- The ability to manage workforce scheduling shift coverage and changing priorities with confidence
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach comfortable making decisions and responding quickly to operational needs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Reliability accountability and a hands-on attitude
