You will:
- Effectively manage a caseload of participants working one-on-one with them to identify strengths and build confidence
- Build relationships with local employers to create meaningful job opportunities
- Assist with resumes interview preparation and ongoing support once employment begins
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and support employers to create workplaces where people can succeed

- Youre comfortable managing your time and workload with support from a remote manager and team and working independently
- You enjoy building connections and can build trust and communicate effectively with a range of people

- You are comfortable using digitalsystems and use technology to stay connected manage your work and meetreporting requirements

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications: To be eligible to work for us you need to have:
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
- Hold a Certificate III (or higher) in Employment Services Community Services Disability Services or a related field or a desire to obtain a qualification with Impact Services providingfull training support (Required)
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence
- A valid Working with Childrens Card (or ability to obtain)
