As we expand our presence in the UK we are seeking an experienced HCMProgrammeManager to play a key role in delivering complex people-centredtechnologyprogrammesfor our clients. This is an opportunity to help shape how we deliver HCM solutions in the UK while working closely with global colleagues.

About the Role

As an HCMProgrammeManager you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex HCMprogrammesfor UK and international clients transforming howorganisationsmanage their people payroll and HR technology. This role goes beyond traditional project management offering the opportunity to influence delivery strategy and contribute to the continued growth of our UK practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead theendtoenddelivery of HCM projects andprogrammes ensuring successful outcomes for clients.

• Partner with stakeholders to define scope timelines and deliverables.

• Oversee HR technology implementations including HRIS payroll time and attendance and talent systems.

• Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Manageprogrammerisks budgets and delivery standards.

• Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience(10 years) delivering HCM projects orprogrammes.

• Strong knowledge of HR systems including HRIS payroll and workforce management solutions. Experience with ADPGlobalViewand Celergo is desirable.

• Experience working with UK payroll and regulatory frameworks (including HMRC; GDPR knowledge preferred).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strongproblemsolvingskills with a practicalsolutionsfocusedmindset.
