Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description:Our Restaurant Manager must be energetic and able to inspire as a leader. The responsibilities of our Restaurant Manager include motivating and coaching a talented staff to deliver an authentic experience to our guests while upholding top-notch standards in food and beverage quality in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager will be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and should be able to follow the financial procedures including but not limited to P&L accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and all other financial transactions. The person in this position must be a lead by example Restaurant Manager able to coach and mentor their team to achieve the goals set before them.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: up to $65000
  • Bonus Potential up to $16000

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Full Service concept
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring training and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&Ls inventory food/labor cost etc.)
