Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day kitchen leadership
- Maintain high culinary and presentation standards
- Assist with menu development and seasonal ideas
- Mentor junior chefs within the brigade
- Ensure consistency hygiene and operational standards
- Work closely with ownership/leadership team on future kitchen direction
Ideal Background:
- Michelin or multi-Rosette exposure preferred
- Strong all-round kitchen management ability
- Stable senior chef background
- Passion for quality produce and standards
- Comfortable in high-pressure service environments
