You dont need a background in manufacturing what matters most is your enthusiasm for food creativity and eagerness to develop new skills.
The role will involve:
- Assisting in the creation and refinement of new food ideas
- Producing samples for client meetings and internal tastings
- Taking part in kitchen trials and development sessions
- Gaining exposure to the full product development lifecycle
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the development kitchen
About you:
- Professional experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen
- A keen interest in food innovation and emerging trends
- Well-organised adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a hands-on can-do approach
- Strong team player with good communication skills
