WHAT YOU WILL DO: this role your key responsibilities will be:
- Efectuar tareas de soporte a usuarios finales sobre microinformática gestionar el ciclo de vida de los casos en Serviced Now responder por el cumplimiento de los SLAs (Tiempos de atención comprometidos) generar y entregar informes de gestión en caso de ser requeridos.
- Atender los casos en los tiempos establecidos SLAs y cumpliendo con los requisitos de documentación y seguimiento de estos.
- Llevar el control de los activos de la sede asegurar el correcto ciclo de asignación de los equipos apoyar las áreas de ventas y los equipos de HH.
- Soportar y escalar incidentes asociados a redes servidores y líneas de producción.
WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications:
- Contar con una formación relacionada con Tecnólogo Ingeniero de sistemas
- Conocimientos en solución a incidentes en ambientes de microinformática (Office VPNs Antivirus BDs etc) solución a problemas de red manejo de herramienta de gestión ITMS (Service Now) donde tuvieran crear y/o recibir casos documentar y cerrar.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia laboral en Soporte a usuarios y microinformática en empresas con más de 600 usuarios.
- Contar con los siguientes conocimientos
- Service Now
- Office 365.
- Windows
- Dispositivos móviles como Hand Held celulares
- Conceptos de redes
- Conocimiento en impresoras multifuncionales
- VPNs sistemas de seguridad como CyberArk
