The key mission of this role is to search for new B2B prospects build a strong pipeline open new corporate opportunities and acquire new customers for corporate fleet outsourcing and leasing solutions.

This is a pure hunter role focused on new business acquisition. The position does not include team management and does not include support or account management of existing customers.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys prospecting cold outreach business meetings negotiations tender participation and closing new B2B deals.

  • Businesses that may need full-service leasing fleet outsourcing fleet management or car leasing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Customer Acquisition

  • Search for identify and qualify new potential B2B customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate prospects.
  • Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target companies.
  • Initiate first contact with prospects through calls emails LinkedIn networking referrals business events and other sales channels.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential customers.
  • Present Ayvens Ukraine services and explain the value of corporate fleet outsourcing and full-service leasing.
  • Analyze potential customers fleet needs business requirements and decision-making process.
  • Develop commercial opportunities from first contact to signed lease agreement.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.

2. Sales Pipeline and Prospect Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in CRM.
  • Track all sales activities meetings offers negotiations and next steps.
  • Prepare regular reports on prospecting activity sales pipeline conversion rate and expected deliveries.
  • Continuously analyze the pipeline to prioritize the most promising opportunities.
  • Ensure disciplined follow-up with prospects at every stage of the sales process.

3. Commercial Offers Tenders and Negotiations

  • Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals for potential customers.
  • Participate in tenders requests for proposals and customer procurement processes.
  • Collect and structure customer requirements for internal calculation and offer preparation.
  • Cooperate with internal departments to ensure accurate pricing service scope and delivery terms.
  • Lead negotiations with prospects and support the process until contract signing.

4. Cross-Functional Cooperation

  • Work closely with Operations Finance and other internal departments to prepare competitive and realistic offers.
  • Coordinate internal communication during the sales process and before customer onboarding.
  • Provide internal teams with clear information about customer requirements expected fleet volume delivery timing and commercial conditions.
  • Support smooth transition of newly acquired customers to internal operational processes after contract signing.

5. Market and Competitor Awareness

  • Monitor the local B2B market and identify new potential business opportunities.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends in corporate fleet outsourcing leasing and fleet management.
  • Understand customer needs related to fleet cost convenience service quality and long-term mobility planning.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer expectations market changes and potential improvements.

6. Performance and Results

  • The main performance focus of this role is monthly deliveries of new cars under lease agreements.
  • Contribute to the growth of the new corporate customer base.
  • Increase the number of signed lease agreements.
  • Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Ensure high-quality CRM data and reporting discipline.
  • Achieve effective conversion from prospect to signed customer.
  • Participate successfully in tenders and commercial negotiations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven successful experience in new customer acquisition / hunter sales.
  • Strong track record of acquiring new B2B customers.
  • Experience in corporate sales B2B sales leasing fleet management automotive services financial services outsourcing services or another relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience.
  • Higher education.
  • English level not lower than Intermediate.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build business relationships with decision-makers.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP Pivot Tables basic formulas data filtering and sorting sales pipeline analysis reporting and simple commercial calculations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify the best commercial solution based on customer needs.
  • High level of responsibility discipline persistence and result orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to companies with corporate fleets.
  • Experience in leasing automotive fleet management mobility finance insurance or corporate services.
  • Experience participating in B2B tenders.
  • Existing network among local and international corporate clients in Ukraine.
  • Understanding of car leasing fleet outsourcing TCO fleet policy or corporate procurement processes.
  • Experience selling services with a medium or long sales cycle.
