Some key responsibilities for our Employment Consultantroles:
- Provide and arrange customised support to a diverse caseload of job seekers including the development of personalised job plans resume and career guidance interview preparation referral to training and support services and ongoing workplace support after job placement
- Build positive relationships with potential employers to broker suitable roles.
Successful candidates for these Employment Consultantroles will:
- Share our commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
- Possess exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
- Possess good administrative and computer skills
- Have experience working to deadlines and/or KPIs
- Pass a Criminal Record Check Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
- Be able to work full-time hours onsite Monday to Friday
- Bi-lingual applicants who speak Arabic Assyrian Vietnamese Cantonese/Mandarin or other languages will be highly regarded.
