Job Summary
We are looking for a midsenior level Technical Support Engineer to support highvalue enterprise customers in India working primarily with LogRhythm SIEM. This is a customerfacing role focused on resolving complex technical issues owning cases endtoend and providing a high standard of technical engagement.
The role also offers opportunities to broaden experience by supporting regional customers across Exabeams full product set.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for enterprise customers owning support cases from investigation through to resolution.
- Act as a trusted technical contact for highvalue Indian customers delivering clear communication and regular updates.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across network communications Linux Windows Server and SQLbased environments.
- Analyse logs configurations and system behaviour to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions or workarounds.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or Engineering teams with clear summaries and supporting technical evidence.
- Collaborate with regional and global support teams to ensure consistent highquality customer outcomes.
- Contribute to internal knowledge articles troubleshooting guides and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Technical Support Engineer / Customer Support Engineer role supporting enterprise software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured methodical approach to problemsolving.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS firewalls proxies).
- Handson experience supporting Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Working knowledge of SQL including querying and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues in a ticketbased support environment.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience supporting LogRhythm SIEM in customer or production environments.
- Exposure to enterprise security platforms such as SIEM UEBA or log management solutions.
- Any experience with Elasticsearch or similar indexing/data platforms.
- Any previous Experience supporting cloudbased or SaaS platforms on modern cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP) including troubleshooting networking access logging and operational issues in distributed customerfacing environments. (beneficial but not required).
