What Youll Do:

• Book and manage dedicated lanes across carrier accounts
• Own day-to-day execution for a high-volume account base of dedicated and private fleets
• Monitor and manage 100 daily pickups and deliveries
• Communicate consistently with carriers and internal Avenue reps
• Troubleshoot delays appointment changes and service issues in real time
• Ensure top-tier service and execution across all shipments
• Navigate multiple internal systems to manage freight efficiently

Were looking for someone who:

• Has 2 years of experience in freight transportation (3PL experience preferred)
• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Is detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ownership

The pay range for this position is $60000-$95000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate including skill set and depth of experience.
