- Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and routines.
- Support the social emotional and educational development of preschool students.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Work collaboratively as a team player within the preschool staff.
- Help prepare materials and organize the classroom environment.
- Engage with students in a caring and energetic manner.
- Support the values and culture of our Catholic community.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience or interest in working as a Preschool Aide or support staff.
- Positive upbeat and full of energy.
- Ability to work well with the lead teacher and other staff members.
- Enjoys working with young children and understands their developmental needs.
- Thrives in a Catholic cultural environment and supports its values.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and available to work 5 days per week.
- Protecting Gods Children certification
