Deputy Program Director, Youth Sports Program

• Coach Afterschool soccer and/or basketball clinics (minimum 5 hrs/week MonFri)
• Coach Tots (ages 25) soccer and/or basketball (minimum 8 hrs/week weekends)

• Help design build and refine programming for Afterschool and Tots
• Support program operations end-to-end scheduling logistics participant experience
• Contribute to business development: identifying growth opportunities supporting strategic planning
• Create marketing materials using Canva or similar tools

• Passion for youth sports coaching and sports program development
• Prior coaching experience required (either soccer or basketball preferably both)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis reporting budgeting and planning
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity research and content creation
• Experience with Canva or other design platforms for marketing materials
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in business development strategy and program management
• Must be able to independently identify needs prioritize opportunities and follow through with high degree of autonomy

• Full time 40hrs/week
  • Split between on field coaching (15hr/week) & administrative work (25hr/week)
  • Must be open to coaching on weekends
• Hybrid role
  • Remote first administrative work w/ in person requirement for coaching and occasional meetings in office
  • Office located in Bethesda MD
